New Website Build
Our partnership relationship with the Lancemore Group started back in 2017 when they were not getting adequate revenue from the current SEO agency. Their website was performing poorly and was in urgent need of maintenance and upgrades. Early 2020 COVID hit the industry and our relationship continued by providing essential digital services which we strongly recommended they continue to keep the health of their website healthy and brand name present in the SERPs.
Whilst most hotel and travel businesses suspended their digital marketing, the Fastrack team and Lancemore created a unique search marketing campaign to keep all their brands top of mind with both their existing guests and new ones. Their organic search rankings skyrocketed whilst many other brands faded to the bottom of the SERPS making the Lancemore brand even more powerful than many OTAs. These ranking assisted Lancemore's gift shop / travel voucher sales to break all types of sales records during COVID due to consumer's strong desire to travel post COVID.
Each step of the project delivered real results in a timely manner. The approach allowed senior management to improve their decision-making process, in turn, allowing Fastrack to progress to the next marketing challenge. A significant overhaul of digital assets allowed Fastrack to quickly achieve results, with the in-house team now adequately up-skilled to continue the design implementation.
This included a new website that was recently launched.
By correcting all Google penalties previously incurred, Fastrack were able to successfully return the website to page 1 of Google (SES) for high volume within a few weeks. Through the delivery of high performing, locally targeted, SEM campaigns, Apollo achieved results well in excess of any other campaign ever run across any channel.
Lancemore is one of Australia's leading boutique hotels groups with hotels, spas, wineries and restaurants stretching from north Queensland down to Victoria. With more properties coming online in the next 2 years and winning many awards for their service levels, food, spas and unique accommodation, it is a group to watch for.
